It's the little things that make a machine! We have several unique options that make the machine easier to run and maintain. WIRELESS HANDWHEEL: Allows the operator to move the axis via handwheel from up to 60 feet away. No cable to get in the way, operators love it! EXTRA LARGE SWITCH PANEL This is a aftermarket panel with push button switches approximatley twice the size of the standard Fanuc operators panel. It makes it much easier for the operator to see what buttons he is pushing and what state the control is in. These panels are custom made and require a longer lead time. CUSTOM SPINDLE LOAD METER: This meter allows the operator to view current and speed of the motor on a touchscreen HMI. It can display current and speed as a analog meter, verticle or horizontal bar meter. It can also display spindle I/O and alarms. EXTERNAL MACHINE CONNECTORS: A contol cabinet is nice and clean when it is new but when the wires from the machine get connected, the wire troughs get overfilled. In addition when maintenance is performed these wires get pulled out of the troughs and in no time the cabinet looks very ugly. Our solution is to wire connectors to the outside panel of the cabinet. This allows for quick connection of wires to the control and keeps the inside of the cabinet clean.
