In our 25 plus years, and over 200 controls, we have learned how to reduce machine downtime dramatically. Some of these design enhancements are simple, some require additional time in the build phase. All of them reduce the machine downtime dramatically.
Below are pictures of a retrofit we completed in 2021. It is a Cincinnati Four Spindle Gantry. All the electrical cabinets where interconnected via umbilical cord. With this process, we where able to write the ladder, and test everthing in our shop before it was installed on the machine.
When it was installed, all we needed to do was plug the connectors in, and the machine was wired. This was a complete rewire of the machine.
The refit was completed in less than 2 WEEKS!!!
